Summary

The Success Factors Functional Analyst will be responsible for working closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand their business requirements, design and implementation of the HCM solution. The Success Factors Functional Analyst will be a transformation expert with the skills to help the business meet the challenges of digitization. The Success Factors Functional Analyst will need to use their know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems and be as comfortable working in teams, as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP-SF systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SuccessFactors modules.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Engage with HR and business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Analyze current HR processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions using SuccessFactors functionalities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Monitor system performance and work with technical teams to address and resolve any issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest SuccessFactors releases, support pack features, and industry trends to make informed recommendations for system improvements.
• Support the interface workstream to streamline integrations within and with third-party applications.
• Investigate and resolve errors and configuration issues, identifying root causes and recommending resolutions, escalating defects to SAP as needed

Required Experience

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience configuring, implementing and/or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
• 2+ Full life cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll modules
• Certification in SAP Employee Central Payroll is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll modules with Canadian Payroll and functionalities.
• In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Integration with Employee Central via PTP, SAP S4 HANA, and other third-party applications.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, and familiarity with integration technologies and methodologies.
• Must have exposure to PTP replication.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central will be an added advantage

Licenses or certifications

• Certification in SAP Employee Central Payroll is a must.
• Good to have certifications in Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession and Development
