Senior Business Intelligence & Analytics Developer

We are seeking a skilled BI-AI developer with hands-on experience in SQL and modern data platform technologies to design and deliver scalable and robust data driven analytics solutions and AI infused solutions

This role requires someone who can analyze complex business reporting requirements and translate them into high-quality solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Experience working within the food manufacturing industry is highly desirable, particularly in functional areas such as supply chains, finance, manufacturing operations, sales, and marketing.

This role involves helping team members grow technically and professionally, identifies strengths in each team member and assigns tasks that build confidence and capability, encourages continuous learning through knowledge-sharing sessions and mentorship. This role is not only limited to team members mentorship but also proactively managing stakeholder expectations and fostering data driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Viewed as a technical expert and is critical resource across multiple disciplines and able to lead the team of BI developers
• Have an active relationship with key business leaders to determine “pain points” and actively develop data driven decision making reporting solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications for data warehousing, data pipelines, data models, reporting, and dashboards.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise level data driven reporting solutions and AI solutions using BDC, SAP HANA, MS SQL, MS BI Suite, MS Azure suite, MS Fabric, Data bricks, No SQL database, Python, various AI Technologies and others to be determined tools and other data sources and systems as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building data driven and reporting solutions
• Strong analytical and strategical thinking with exceptional technical and business communication skills along with negotiation skills
• hands-on experience using MS BI Suite especially having SOLID experience in Power BI, DAX, SSAS, SSIS, Advance SQL Programming, data modelling and data warehouse  
• Experience in working with MCP, CoPilot studio, AI-augmented analytics, Claude AI
• Experience in MS Fabric, ADF, Synapse, Databricks and Python
• Good to have experience in leading, managing, coaching and guiding a team of BI developers
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or relevant work experience.
• Any food and beverage ERP reporting experience is ideal, preferably SAP
