The primary goal of the role is to manage talent information, enabled by technologies, with the goal of improving
business performance. This role acts as the HRIS system administrator, providing expertise, guidance, and subject matter leadership to the Talent & Development team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform regular audits, data reconciliation, and validation to ensure team member data is accurate, consistent, and complete.
- In close collaboration with T&D IT Business Partner, it contributes to the implementation, integration, adoption, ongoing maintenance and internal support of various HRIS modules.
- Constantly oversees security of HRIS systems and initiates improvements, changes in the existing security setup to ensure data sensitivity policies are not breached.
- Create, maintain, and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics across HR domains (headcount, turnover, metrics, compensation, etc.).
- Works directly with the ICIMS engineering team to implement enhancements, troubleshoot errors, manage support cases, increase functionality of the existing modules.
- Ensures growing adoption of the newly implemented HRIS systems.
- Manage systems functionality and systems integration; ensure systems data integrity.
- Partners with T&D team and business leaders to develop a standard set of T&D team and talent key performance indicators.
- Recommend processes and workflows to improve efficiency and/or customer service.
- Enables the T&D Team to become data-savvy.
Required Experience
- 3-5 years HR Systems experience. Exposure to HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors Employee Central, Workforce Software, and iCIMS are considered a definite asset.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a business-related discipline (human resources, computer science preferred).
- High proficiency in HRIS software including configuration (SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) preferred).
- In-depth experience in Excel includes advanced formulas, pivot tables and add-ins.
- Well-developed logical, analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in creating dashboard metrics, report writing and presenting data analysis
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
