Summary

As a Product Manager for the Cerebro Commercialization team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming Cerebro into a commercialized product.  This role works closely with the Data Science & Data Analytics teams to ensure that Cerebro’s development is aligned with the overall program goals and objectives set by the Cerebro program owner.  

 

You will also need to build strong relationships with manufacturing leads and various organizational leaders, hence strong communication and change management skills along with strong technical competencies are key to success in this high-performance team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits and assessments to implement Cerebro across all customer facilities.
  • Prepare & present site assessment documents & PowerPoint decks for customer meetings to collect customer requests and other relevant information.
  • Write Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Statement of Work documents (SOW) to ensure customers understand the scope of work and the 90-day development plan with milestone dates.
  • Collaborate with customers to find areas of opportunity in their lines using LEAN Six Sigma methodology and Cerebro insights.
  • Accountable for the reliability and stability of all Cerebro applications and features upon their release to the production environment.
  • Educate and train customers about Cerebro and ensure 100% adoption.
  • Communicate all feedback, suggestions and concerns to the team to continuously improve Cerebro.
  • Contribute to the design and development of the Cerebro One application with TPM methodology as the foundation.
  • Discover methods to streamline implementation and automate training & support of Cerebro to improve scalability and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience: 

  • 5-7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience bringing new products to market, from concept to launch, in industries such as technology, consumer goods, healthcare, or manufacturing.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, R&D, operations, and finance.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies (GTM), including market analysis, product positioning, pricing, and distribution.
  • Ability to craft detailed commercialization plans that align with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Experience identifying and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform commercialization efforts.
