Summary
As a Senior SAP EWM Functional Analyst, you will work closely with the different business teams and other functions of IT like SAP Security, Software Development, External reporting, and Artificial intelligence for day-to-day support and projectrelated work and assignments. Also, must ensure the quality of your work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Candidate should have a learning approach and be able to work from solution designing to delivery independently. This role needs focus candidate within their function, but also with cross-functional knowledge. We are seeking a skilled and 5/7 years experienced SAP EWM Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our warehouse management processes. As an SAP EWM Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions, ensuring that our business operations run efficiently and effectively.

Primary Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather and understand warehouse management requirements and translate them into SAP EWM solutions.
- Configure SAP EWM systems based on business requirements, ensuring the system meets functional and operational needs.
- Develop custom solutions if standard EWM functionalities are insufficient, using enhancements, user exits, or custom ABAP coding.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP TM, SAP SD/MM) and thirdparty systems.
- Oversee data migration into the EWM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop test plans and scenarios for new implementations, upgrades, or modifications.
- Conduct testing to validate system functionality and performance, ensuring it aligns with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing or post-implementation.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and support teams.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing system issues and functional queries.
- Create and maintain detailed functional specifications and process documentation.
- Lead or participate in SAP EWM projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting progress.
- Analyze existing warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP EWM functionalities.
- Stay updated with SAP EWM advancements and industry best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
- Determine and participate in deployment strategy.
- Presentation of new changes to management for approval and fulfilling audit requirements.
- Ensure post-implementation support and stabilization.
- Transfer knowledge to other team members.
- Closely work with the SAP Team and SAP team lead for emergency change or customization.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5/7 years’ experience with SAP EWM/MM
- In-depth experience with SAP EWM configurations, processes, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP TM, SAP S/4HANA).
- A university degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experienced in manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, or logistics can be beneficial.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP MM/EWM modules.
- Experienced in full-cycle SAP EWM implementations, from blueprinting and design through to go-live and support.
- Experience in managing change and ensuring smooth transitions during project implementations.
- Deep understanding of warehouse management processes, including inventory management, goods movement, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Experience with integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD) and third-party systems.
- Good knowledge of data migration tools LSMW and LTMC.
- Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and analytics related to warehouse management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and optimize EWM processes.
- Knowledge of standard interfaces (IDOC) with PI and EDI.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori environment.
- Knowledge of RF guns and associated architecture.
- Ability to manage time and priorities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Open and accountable for work.
Licenses or certifications
- SAP EWM Certification in S4HANA
- SAP MM Certification in S4HANA / ECC
