Job Summary

The successful candidate will join a team of software developers and will be responsible to work with the business to analyze requirements and design cutting edge user interfaces using prototyping tools that maximizes user experience. The team member is also expected to work directly with full stack, front end, database and BI developers to integrate these designs with our custom applications and reports. At FGF we develop applications from the ground up. We follow the agile methodology and have the “startup” mentality. The team member is expected to be very agile and must be able to prioritize tasks and manage their time to ensure timely deliveries of all tasks in hand.

Primary Responsibilities 

• Design end-to-end user experiences from concept to prototype using Figma and related design tools. 

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to translate ideas into intuitive, accessible interfaces. 

• Develop responsive design systems and reusable components that scale across products. 

• Partner closely with developers to ensure design fidelity throughout the build process. 

• Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering insights to improve product usability. 

• Help shape UX for AI/LLM-integrated features such as conversational UIs, semantic search, and intelligent content generation. 
  
  

Required Experience 

• 3–4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in product or SaaS environments. 

• Strong command of Figma, Adobe XD, Canva for wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and collaboration. 

• Experience designing interfaces that integrate LLM or AI-driven capabilities (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, custom LLM tools). 

• Solid grasp of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices. 

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design across multiple platforms (web, mobile, dashboards). 

• Excellent communication skills and an ability to explain design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Problem-solving aptitude 

• Analytical mind with a business acumen
• Excellent communication skills 

Education & Credentials 

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field. 

• Professional certifications in UX/UI design are a strong plus, such as: 

• Google UX Design Professional Certificate 

• UX Design Institute’s Professional Diploma in UX Design 

• Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) 

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe XD
