Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Campus

Summary:

 

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Campus contributes to the daily operational effectives supporting the FGFLife Student Program, focusing on delivering exceptional services to the business and contribution to the strategic initiatives. Responsible for the administration of campus hiring requests and having the opportunity to add value by supporting the successful execution of ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Attending events both internally and externally, promoting the FGFLife program, building brand awareness and networking with students (minimal travel to the US may be required).
  • Assist Campus Lead with student recruitment process including communications with students, scheduling interviews, and communicating with school partners.
  • Coordinate, plan and schedule onboarding including administrative tasks such as scheduling, consolidating student lists, notifying internal FGF teams, and contacting students.
  • Continue relationships with students after they have completed their time with FGF using Alumni program.
  • Post available roles and source quality candidates through school job portals.
  • Responsible for administrative funding duties, obtaining documentation and overseeing funding process, with support from Campus team.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all internal FGFLife co-op events.
  • Ad-hoc tasks, projects, and events as needs arise.
  • Represent FGF at all times with Pride; Passion; Enthusiasm, and Commitment.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Studies in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and relationship management skills.
  • Possesses valid G or G2 license and access to vehicle to travel for events.
  • Knowledge of Talent Pipeline building.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/requisitions with high attention to detail.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team setting, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
  • Highly motivated, energetic individual able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
