Senior Software Engineer– Enablement Operations

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven senior software developer to build MS .NET/MVC based data driven applications.  You will be part of an Agile Development team working on new application development using the latest technologies. We are a tech savvy organization where multiple development projects will provide you with the opportunity to contribute and be part of a dynamic and creative development team that delivers high value software solutions.

 Primary Responsibilities

• • Design and implement innovative software solutions that are user-friendly, efficient, and reliable 
  • Test and debug software applications to ensure quality and functionality 
  • Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver successful software products 
  • Evaluate and improve existing software applications to meet changing user needs 
  • Keep up with the latest trends and developments in software engineering 
  • Multitasking capabilities with high responsiveness. 

Required Experience

• • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or relevant field 
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development using various languages and frameworks such as C# .NET, Python, JavaScript, Telerik Kendo UI, Ajax, etc. 
  • Demonstrated ability to create innovative software solutions that meet business needs and expectations 
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, AWS, Azure services, etc. 
  • 3+ years in a leadership role that required people and application management. 
  • 5+ years of experience with .NET and MVC applications  
  • 5+ years' experience with SQL Server development/database design 
  • Proven record of accomplishment of on-time delivery of your work 
  • Portfolio of previous software projects that showcase your innovation and creativity 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management and goal setting skills 
  • Great team player, quick learner 
  •  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines
• Data modeling and Database design
• Familiarity with SharePoint administration including experience with lists, documents libraries, site creation, archival and search (creation, customization, management, etc.)
